The thing about it, it doesn't have a realtime, you have to run it manually.
It's a good back up to MSE, and it is totally accessible.

Yes, MSE is totally accessible with JAWS as long as you use  the JAWS
cursor.  This is probably the most accessible anti-virus program available,
although it may not necessarily be the highest-rated in terms of anti-virus
protection.  But given the fact that both AVG and Avast are now both no
longer accessible, MSE is probably the best alternative for JAWS users.
