Interesting way to fix it, there is no wrong method if it works. I couldn't
manage to walk him through that process. He is 88 years old and although he
can read his email and follow the news technology has got his number so to
speak.
He is smart enough, but that might be beyond him. Never the less I will keep
this in mind as well. I appreciate all answers in this area folks, thanks
for all that have responded and for those who might in the future.

I had problem with the change over too. Was resolved when I unplugged
router and plugged it back in.
