Patty, Using outlook 365 2016 with windows 10 creaters update build 1703 15063 and jfw 18 latest build can conferm tat this happens though it does not happen with every message. I can not tell when it does, but most of the time it will do it. I just go to the top of the message with ctrl home and start reading and all is well other wize.
