Hi T, Are you currently running a version of Jaws? If so, installing & authorizing Jaws 17 will use the installed versions authorization info. If not, have your 20 digit authorization number handy, so you can copy it to the clipboard, & paste it into the correct field. Run the Jaws 17 executable, & follow the prompts, & it'll guide you throughout the process. If you don't have any activation keys available the authorization process will inform you, & you can go to the website, which I'll put below, & get a reset of your activations, or call the phone number I'll provide as well.
