Good afternoon all!

For some reason, whenever I have to change my exchange account password, in
Outlook, JAWS will not show me the Outlook credentials box.  It does show it
visually, and if someone who is sighted is here, they can clearly see it.
They can put my mouse on the password field, and then JAWS will announce it
properly.  If I don't have someone with sight around, all I hear, is
"Outlook credentials not responding", which is an odd message to me.  I'm
wondering if anyone else has had this issue before, and how did you resolve
it.
