Select the part you want, then use control 2 for double line. As far as indenting a selected portion, just select what you want to indent, then use the tab key. It will indent anything you select. If you want to indent just the first line of the paragraph, put your cursor on the letter, then hit tab. To select a whole paragraph, use the f8 key and keep pressing it until you hear paragraph select. You can also use shift control down arrow to select the paragraph your cursor is on. Anything you select will be indented if you hit tab, so if you want to indent a portion, then select it and then hit tab. When I want a portion of a document selected, I find the beginning of it, then hit control plus windows plus key, which marks that area in the document. Then I go to the end of the selection, the place where I'd like to select to, then hit insert spacebar, then the letter m. That selects everything the mark you made to that point, then I do whatever I want with it. For you, you'll indent it. but perform any function you want from there. You can just hit tab to indent that portion of the text.

Justin, I have already written whole document, now I want to indent the selected portion of that document. One more query, is there any command to change line spacing in the word document? Suppose I have the document with 1.5 line spacing, but I want to convert selected portion into single line spacing, in stead of doing manually, can I do it with the help of some key combination?
