Justin, yes control+1 did the trick for single line spacing, but I don't know why after selecting the desired block of text in the paragraph, pressing tab key is making the text disappeared. Adrian, yes that procedure is working fine, but it will take lots of time as I have to indent block of text almost at each page in a 150 pages document. So I was looking for a key stroke or key combination to accomplish the task.
