You're aware, right, that JAWS key+z is the toggle for quick navigation keys? Have you unloaded and reloaded JAWS? Afternoon, I am using Windows 10 all updates, JAWS 18 all updates and the most recent Firefox. Something I did made all of the quick navigation keys vanish. I have looked all through the JAWS options thinking that somewhere along the way I must have turned them off. I am a relatively new user having switched from WindowEyes, so I went to the article on browsing for folks moving to JAWS from WE. So much is similar between the two that switching was easy.
