Hi Rick, If you press the, Alt key, do you get the menues? If not, 1 thing you can try is turning off Full Screen mode, if you might have turned it on by accident. F11, is a toggle. that turns Full Screen on / off. I know the, F11 key, will turn the menues on & off, but I don't know if it will keep the quick keys from working. Take care. Mike. Go Dodgers! Since writing, I have turned them on with no result other than JAWS says "on" and "off." . Unloaded and loaded JAWS, no change. Shut down and restarted multiple times and still no luck. Are there other configuration elements that I might have messed up while learning about JAWS under the hood?
