Certainly, remembering this makes no sense to users. For script developers,
however, this kind of remembers may be useful, for example, to keep track
on how INSERT+V will perform in different JAWS versions due to internal
changes this command has in these years, first in JAWS 9 for changing the
long list box of the Adjust JAWS Verbosity dialog to a more organized tree
view on Adjust JAWS Options in JAWS 9, and then for introducing Quick
Settings and their persistence level switching on the Fly since version 13.
