are you useing a add on called no script or simular?
many web pages use scripts for there links and controls. with the no script add
on it will prevent many links and buttons from activateing unless you disable
the scripts for virtually every web page you go to.

Using Firefos 53, Win7 and JaWS 18 I'moccasionally (a lot more than I'd
like) experiencing buttons and links not actuating when I press the
various mouse substitutes available with JAWS. Sometimes these links
work from the links and buttons lists, sometimes not. Most of the time
the links and buttons work on IE 11. Anyone with insight on resolving
my issue other than to change browsers?
