Hi James/all,
No answer, but I increasingly have the same issue with firefox, win10 creator
and jaws 18. Gets me frustrated, especially since I cannot determine whether it
is the editorrr's or our screenreader's fault, as 90% of links pertain to
journal articles and lead to corresponding notes, so, any suggestion would
be most welcome.

Using Firefos 53, Win7 and JaWS 18 I'moccasionally (a lot more than I'd
like) experiencing buttons and links not actuating when I press the various
mouse substitutes available with JAWS. Sometimes these links work from the
links and buttons lists, sometimes not. Most of the time the links and buttons
work on IE 11. Anyone with insight on resolving my issue other than to
change browsers?
