Hi Perhaps there is a toolbar which has added itself on. Are you using any kind of spam blocking software or other software which inserts toolbars or add-ins for example?.

Configurations and settings in Outlook Express and in Jaws have been checked and are fine. The problem is very random; sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. When I go to forward a message, and send a new one, for example I hit control + N, I start typing in an email address and jaws should start reading the full email address that has been auto-filled in OE. It does this when it is working properly, which is about half the time. I have contacted freedom scientific and they suggested that perhaps a pop up window is coming up on the screen. my sighted friend and computer friend have checked all potential causes and nothing stands out at us and there is no pattern as to why and when it happens. it is hard to send emails because I don't have email addresses memorized and I don't know what OE has auto-filled the address line with.
