Open IE and alt t for Tools go down to options and enter go to the advance page with the control+ tab keys. Tab to reset and tab to reset again. This will reset IE and OE. Only use this function if you are having problems. For it will knock out your customize settings and you will have to set them again. This is for IE 7. If you are using version 6. I am not sure if this will work. RJ
