I just press control plus letter d then tab down twice to the add button.

I've never had an issue with adding any web pages to my favorites list
before now ...... Is there anything I can do because the only way to get off
that page is to close IE ......

Hi Laura,
In that case, you probably are actually in a PDF document instead of a web
page. I suppose that because CTRL+D is the hotkey for document properties in
Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Hello,
When I have a web page I want to save to my favorites list, I press alt + a
and enter on "add to favorites" without any problems .. I have a web page I
want to save to my favorites list but nothing happens when I pres alt + a
and nothing happens when I try to go back by pressing alt + left arrow or
backspace.
Is there another way to add this site to my favorites list? .. Thanks ..
