Hi,
I am running jaws 16.0.4474 on a windows 7 laptop. I had to upgrade from outlook 2007 to outlook 2016 for corporate policy reasons. Now my focus blue does not display anything in the message list in outlook. I never had a problem in outlook 2007, but in 2016, the braille display just isn't displaying anything in the message list. All other areas of the application seem to work with the display. Just tested and jaws 18.0.4104 also has the same issues. Any help would be appreciated. Don BTW: I am sticking with jaws 16 because it has scripts for the cisco jabber voip client whereas jaws 18 does not have the same scripts.
