Hi Don, I don't see that you got an answer to your question, but hopefully you already have found the solution. My first thought is, are you using structured mode for braille? I am not sure when it started, but I think it was Outlook 2010, I had to start using structured mode too see the message list.
The only other thing I can think of is to make sure the screen is maximized. Hope this helps! I never had a problem in outlook 2007, but in 2016, the braille display just isn't displaying anything in the message list. All other areas of the application seem to work with the display. Just tested and jaws 18.0.4104 also has the same issues. Any help would be appreciated. Don BTW: I am sticking with jaws 16 because it has scripts for the cisco jabber voip client whereas jaws 18 does not have the same scripts.
