Hi, Bill, Have you tried turning off the firewall for OE? If not, maybe this would help: In Outlook Express, go to the Tools menu, click Accounts, click the Mail tab, select the User name, click Properties, and then click the General tab, and here, check your email address. Make sure this e-mail address entry is the same SMTP e-mail address for the Exchange user located in the Exchange directory, which is under properties, Exchange user, E-mail addresses tab, SMTP address).
