Dear JAWS Users, I have JAWS 9 on my computer. Last night, when I went to go turn off my computer, it wouldn't turn off after a couple of minutes, so I pressed the command to read the current line and JAWS wasn't talking. So, I just pressed the power button in and held it until it turned off. Then, today, I turned on my computer and JAWS didn't start up. So I went to my start menu and pressed J. for JAWS 9. When I did that, a message came up that said something like "the application failed to start because the configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." So, I tried to reinstall JAWS, but a message said something like there was an error during the installation process." Is there anything anybody can tell me that might help me? I am currently using JAWS 7.
