[JAWS-Users] jaws cursor reads blanks problem

Hello list
For a long time I get no info when I use the jaws cursor. JFW just says “blank 
blank ...” when I use the arrow keys. Would it solve the problem if I install a 
new vidio card and disable the onboard vga?
