Look at the about box for JAWS 17 in your JAWS help Menu. If it states you have SMA 2 remaining, then just download and install JAWS 2018 and it will work now. Otherwise, choose "update authorization" in your help menu and let it update your authorization key install on the computer. It should then reflect SMA 2 remaining if that is what you have.
