Look at the about box for JAWS 17 in your JAWS help Menu. If it states you have 
SMA 2 remaining, then just download and install JAWS 2018 and it will work now. 
Otherwise, choose "update authorization" in your help menu and let it update 
your authorization key install on the computer. It should then reflect SMA 2 
remaining if that is what you have.

If this is still not clear, the Tech Support people will be happy to assist you 
on this.

I was checking on how many SMA upgrades I have, and I found out I have 2 
available. Can anyone instruct me on what the process for getting these
