I haven't had that problem in Windows Live Mail, and have been using it since 2011 on and off. My filter is set to low. Sometimes other mail may get dropped into its spam folder, but this is usually because people have cross-posted or included something else 'questionable' in the content. It gets the majority of really spam emails. My Eset AntiSpam folder very, very seldom receives an email!

hello;

try the following, it's been awhile since I've used windows live mail.

alt+f/o/s
here you land into the safety options page,

which box is checked.
you could probably use the first of 4.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] messages going to the spam folder

why do i have some users emails all going to my gmail spam folder with gmail

and wlm?
i do not have any spam filters and i heven went directly to the gmail web
mail
and told it that these messages are not spam and they still go to the spam
folder.
one poster is not useing the cc or bcc field either.
with wlm all the messages in these fields go to spam.
