Here is the steps: 1. Press Alt+P for Page Layout. 2. Press S. and P. on layout. 3. Tab to "Set As Default Button". 4. Arrow to the Right to Layout tab. 5. Tab to Vertical Alighnment. 6. Arrow down to Center. 7. Tab to OK button. 8. Press Control+S to save changes.
