Cheers Kevin. To center the text of the letter vertically on the page after you have typed it, do the following: . Press CTRL+HOME to move to the top of the document. . Press ALT+P to move to the Page Layout tab of the ribbon. . Press SP to access the Page Setup button. The Page Setup multi page dialog box opens. . Press CTRL+TAB until you move to the Layout tab of the dialog box. . Press ALT+V to move to the Vertical Alignment combo box, and then choose Vertical in the list. . Finally, press ENTER twice to close combo box and the dialog box. Focus returns to the document area, and the text is centered vertically on the page.
