It should be possible, but it depends not on JAWS, but on whatever programme you are using to resize, and whether it lets you do it with the keyboard. You can do this in MS Paint, but I remember trying this years ago and the results weren't very nice, apparently (I couldn't see them myself, so *shrugs*). Apparently there are also internet resources that can do this for you. I'll ask about those and come back here if noone else has anything to say about this.
