[JAWS-Users] unhide wlm toolbar

I have a very old version of wlm on my desktop, with jaws 17, and when I tried 
to open the tools menu on it’s toolbar, alt + t, like I’ve always done, the 
keys just click. does this infer that the toolbar is hidden, and if it is, how 
do I fix this problem
