I usually played along with them for a few minutes, acting all shocked and panicky. Then I'd say something like "so do you mean the computer in the garage, the one in the bathroom, or the pink one in Molly's room?", or when they tell me to go to event viewer, suddenly exclaim that all my computers actually run Linux and not Windows. I got one guy to tell me to "go to hell" in a voice like an arab bad guy from a Hollywood movie. Good times. :P

I used to get these calls so often on my landline.
