I attempted that, however until i made the change in the quick settings the 
system wouldn’t copy the text. Making this change has fixed it. Leveraging 
flexible web has also taken out unnecessary text as well, allowing me to 
automate some aspects of my notes.
Thanks to all for the advice, and hears a cool reference for Live Person, i’ll 
be testing these keystrokes when i get back to work on Monday, and think i’ve 
found alternative ways to get around the other issues I was having by 
leveraging the salesforce widget within Live-engage.

The Jaws scripting language looks to be very powerful, and the frame manager 
has already helped me hear text with a keystroke.
