Ok, then what I said applies. Try playing through Google Chrome if you can't enable HTML5 on IE11, and you could also make sure you have the Flash Plug-in under your Tools Add-on menu in IE 11, although technically, enabling HTML5 on Youtube should be all that's necessary now, since more and more sites are moving away from Flash.

Which browser?

I've had issues with IE in the past when an update occurs where it won't
play Youtube videos.
I resolved this the first time by enabling html5.
The second time, I started playing them in Google Chrome; a future update to
IE resolved that issue.

As for the inability to click on certain buttons, that is sometimes a
function of the browser. For example, for the past year, Amazon has not
worked well when trying to do product reviews in IE. I've had to use Chrome
instead.

This is with a Windows 7 Ultimate and IE11.

However, it is not an IE issue; but rather, how Jaws renders the page. How
do I know? Because I can open the same page in IE with a different
screen-reader, and the whole thing works.

Moral of the Story: I always tell my assistive tech clients to be prepared to sometimes use an alternate browser or an alternate screen-reader in some
instances when you can't accomplish some taks on a specific website.

A two-pronged question.

1. My PC just did an update, and whether this has anything to do
with it or not, when I went on Youtube to play my purchased movies, I get
the following: Alert, error, cannot play, try again later.

Note that I can play other videos, and I can play my purchases on my
phone,
but can't play the purchases on the PC.

2. In trying to post this problem to the Youtube forum, I find I
cannot click to post, the button just sits there and screen does not
resolve. Here is the link.

If anyone has any ideas, I am open.

Thanks.

Judy
