using jaws 2018 I’m having trouble opening my email messages from
www.office.com
I would assume when you arrow to a message icon I would just need to press
enter on the message icon to open and I would beable to read the message line
by line with the arrow keys. but for some reason when I press enter on an icon
the message doesn’t open. but when I select a message jaws will read it. I
prefer to read an email line by line that way I can take my time when jaws is
reading me the message. is this a bug in 2018 or is there some special way to
open the message?
