do you remember how to switch to the light version, I find no where in email
to switch versions!

It's been awhile since I used that, but if you haven't already you need to
use the "light" version of the interface. The last I knew the full feature
version did not play well with JAWS.

using jaws 2018 I’m having trouble opening my email messages from
www.office.com I would assume when you arrow to a message icon I would just
need to press enter on the message icon to open and I would beable to read
the message line by line with the arrow keys. but for some reason when I
press enter on an icon the message doesn’t open. but when I select a
message jaws will read it. I prefer to read an email line by line that way
I can take my time when jaws is reading me the message. is this a bug in
2018 or is there some special way to open the message?
