When I followed this sequence just now and clicked on "new rule," I didn't get a template, but several options to tab through.

Reading issues have been reported when using JAWS 2018.1712.10 (released in December 2017) with Windows 10 Universal apps. Here are some examples: list of 2 items 1. In Windows Mail, JAWS 2018 will not speak the body of an email while navigating by character or word. And JAWS may read a previously opened email instead of the current one. 2.
