Of course you are correct, I'm glad you pointed that out. however, I hardly ever use the cc field though because I think it's redundant. the to feel and return key works nicely. Now if you want BCC that’s a different issue wich you address perfectly. I also have a few groups and sometimes I will email one group or sometimes I'll email them all depending on the topic which again you can use the to field and return method.

Every

country has an identity, history, custom, and culture. It’s a unique landscape in determining how its people Live, work, and play.

Leonard nailed it. Here's a wrinkle. Just hitting enter defaults each addressee as a
"to". If you want an addressee to be a cc or a bcc just shift tab from the
address line and arrow to the one you want. I usually just enter down until I'm finished
with addressees but sometimes I want a bcc to keep the addressee hidden from the others.
Bureaucratic tricks!

Dont' feel too bad because that use to frustrate me also. However, you really
don't have to use the CC field. When you are on the to field put in the names
press return until you have finished all the names. After that tab down to the
subject line and then tab to the body of your message. That seems to work for
me.

I am having a problem utilizing the cc and bc when sending a message in
thunderbird email. What are the steps? I have no issue sending an email with
only one recipient but when sending to multiple addresses it doesn't go to the
original recipient, only to the those cc'd.
