I think DVD Audio Extractor is great also. It works completely out of the box with no need to tweak anything for Jaws.
Does anybody know if it can also extract audio description from DVDs though? I emailed their Support and they thought it probably could but did not really know as they had not tried this. It would be interesting to know if anybody has actually tried to do this. When I got the correct program it worked as advertised. As a matter of fact, I'm seriously considering registering it. I don't know what all of its features do, yet, but the ripping of DVD audio to MP3 works great. I have used the trial version of the program and found it excellent! I just put the DVD in, opened up dvd audio extractor and followed the prompts and it worked wonderfully each time! you can choose to have the audio converted into mp3, ogg, flak, or wav while it is being extracted. I would download the trial version and give it a go. from Andrew ----- Original Message ----- From: "Darrin Porter" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, April 24, 2008 12:38 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Extracting audio from DVDs >I would like to be able to take a DVD, commercial or otherwise and >extract the audio from it.
