A Google search explains what this file is, what it does and how it's
generated. However, I don't fully understand it, so I've been wary of posting.
Also, I have a Win7 machine, and it looks like this is a Win10 phenomenon. That
said, it is a Microsoft-generated file, and it looks as though it can be
deleted without doing harm. But you may want to look it up before deciding what
to do.

Well, there is no, feedback hub, in my documents folder. I would try renaming
it and then if my computer work without error, I would delete it.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Mysterious folder appeared

Hello,

I recently noticed there is a new folder in my documents that I did not create.
This folder has the name of "feedback hub". Does anybody know what this is or
why it would show up all of a sudden? .. Using Jaws 18, Windows
10 & MS Word 2016.

Laura
