I think this is the "JAWS dump" keystroke referred to in the original post. I did not think this keystroke automatically restarted JAWS? I'd better give it a try. Usually I just kill JAWS with task manager, or nowadays, process explorer, since task manager got ridiculously slow and basically unusable lately.
