Hello list, The dump command (JAWSKey+WindowsKey+F4) will restart JAWS automatically while it creates a dump file to show what was happening at the time of the loss of speech. It would be potentially very helpful to contact the Support department and offer the Dump File with an explanation of what you were doing when it the loss of speech occurred and how often you are seeing this.
These issues are difficult to track down as they happen randomly and most certainly have something to do with JAWS interacting with UIA from Windows. We are making progress on this every day and appreciate your continued feedback and support in tracking these down.
