Afternoon all. I have a question regarding MP3 Ripper. Using JAWS 2018, MP3 Ripper 6.0.6 and Windows 10 on a delllaptop, I am trying to copy an audio cd to my computer. I am using an external CD/DVD Rom drive. However, when I go into the menus and try to select the drive itself, I cannot find it; only my internal drive. I go to the file menu, and find a submenu for the cd drives, and my internal is checked, but have no idea as to how to change drives or select another one. I know my laptop recognizes the disk itself as I can play it with VLC media player. Any suggestions/recommendations? Thanks in advance.
