Hi George, These key strokes can be accomplished in this manor:
First, with the pointer finger of your right hand, press the insert key, or JAWS key. Second, with your left hand, place the thumb on the Alt key and with the pointer finger of your left hand place it on the M key. Please note that the M key is just above the Alt key on the right side of your keyboard. I hope this helps?
