Well, if the proper names are used, then everyone would understand what is 
being discussed.
Apparently , you need someone to teach you how to ask for help,
since telling us that something isn't working, doesn't tell us what problem 
you are having.
When someone asks for help, and are not clear in what they are writing, it 
is difficult for others to offer the proper suggestions.
Perhaps if you re-state your problem, help will soon follow.
