JM:
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did send an inquiry, and yes, there was no
response on their part. I am attempting to use an external CD Rom, and the
program does not pick it up; just my internal one. And I cannot seem to find
out how to pick up an additional drive. Very aggravating.

Hi jerry.
I saw your question and even did a quick google search, and couldn't find
anything. I don't think anyone heere knows. Didn't you say you already wrote
them an e-mail? If you're not receiving any response, it could be that the
developers do not really give support for this product, either because it's
old or because it's not considered a priority. If you're really stuck, and
the internet can't provide you with any answers on how to make this program
work for you, it might just be best to move on to a different piece of
software.

Afternoon all.
I asked this question previously, and received no response. Can anyone tell
me how to get in touch with the support department of MP3 Ripper version
6.0? I am using JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop. Thanks in
advance.
Jerry
