Hello Naomi, Heres what I did to get my contacts folder working. 1. Open the contacts folder. 2. Once you have it opened press alt plus T to open the tools menu. 3. Once you have the tools menu opened press the up arrow once this should place you on the folder options then press enter. 4. Once you open the folder options the very first option should be show previews and filters radio button checked. Press the down arrow and it should say use windows classic folder radio button checked. 5. Once you have pressed the down arrow tab to apply and press enter. 6. Once you have pressed enter on apply shift tab till you hear ok and press enter. This should get the contacts working.
