Good afternoon all! I am writing because I am encountering an odd issue when trying to load JAWS 18 onto a Windows 7 operating system.
When I click on the J18.0.4534 executeable, it begins the process. At the 46 percent mark, an error message appears saying the following JAWS Set-up package error, The JAWS set-up package could not install the required component RunTimeJAWS. The process will now exit. I'm looking for help with this issue. Any ideas would be helpful. Many thanks!
