Eloquence, Vocalizer, or something else, yes. I guess Eloquence is still the default synth for jAWS. But the text you pasted from the Michael Danza message above was in Indonesian. For some reason, Linkedin is set to display your content in that language. You, or someone on your computer, must have selected that language by mistake in your linkedin settings. I only used Linkedin a bit. But if it's like Facebook, you can change the displaying of Linkedin content to the language of your preference. I'm assuming you want to change it back to english. Maybe this page will help you: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/997/selecting-language-setting ?lang=en That one should display in english. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Justin Williams Sent: April 3, 2018 5:40 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] language Okay. I'm using the default synth so far as I know, but do you mean like eloquence of something? -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of JM Casey Sent: Tuesday, April 3, 2018 1:12 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] language I have no language issues on those websites. What synth are you using? Perhaps that might be a part of the problem. Try switching to a different one and see what happens. The synth itself may also have some kind of language setting. I'm guessing that you are not using Vocalizer, as in order for it to adopt Spanish pronunciation rules and voice, you would have to install a Spanish voice. Where exactly is the problem happening on those sites? Can you for example paste some of the strange content in a message, so we can see it? -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Justin Williams Sent: April 2, 2018 10:54 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] language Okay, I am aware that I've asked this before.
