No, it's not the spring release; that hasn't come out quite yet.

The naming conventions for Windows 10 update releases is:
First two digits signify the release year;
Second two digits indicate the month.

Hence, 1709 was released in September, 2017 -- and is otherwise known as the Fall update.

windows key then type winver and you can see what version is installed.
