Not sure if my problem is the same as her problem I find if I am typing something in Outlook and stop to "Shift/Tab" to get other information and come back, I get a messege like that. I'm using Windows 10 and JAWS 17. What I do is press "ESC", then press "Cancel" and it will let me finish.
