Hi. If you have never changed anything with respect to this, you are indeed likely using Eloquence. You can check by going to the JAWS options menu (jaws key + j), and moving to "voice settings". In this dialog you will see the current voice profile you are using, but also other voice settings like pitch, which is controllable in Eloquence but not the newer vocalizer synthesizer, which uses actual voice samples.
