Hi, I had this frustrating problem back in the days of JAWS 6 under Windows XP. The only workaround I found was to press alt JAWS key s to open the select a scheme dialogue box, arrow to toggle speech and sounds training mode and press enter to turn it off. This bug appeared to have been fixed long ago and I don't have this problem now.
