I'm speculating that in the case where you cannot press the "Add to Cart Button" there is some other element (checkbox, combo box, editable combo box, edit field) that needs to be used/selected before the button will activate. For a simple example, if the quantity edit field is blank, then a number needs first to be entered. In other cases, I've seen where a size or a color choice must first be selected before the button can be activated. There are so many variables in a simple shopping app that is dependent on the item itself, that it's hard to pin down a specific problem related to JAWS.
