Steve, they were two sites one called Seeking Health.com and the other amymyersmd.com. I am trying to buy supplements from them. I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome and none worked. It is possible to call these places and order over the phone which is what I'll have to do tomorrow, but it is just wrong that I can't do it online. I have an older Jaws, but from what people have written, that's not the problem. I do have NVDA downloaded and honestly didn't think to try it. But for me it is just too aggrevating to have to go through all these various browsers, screen readers, etc to accomplish a simple task of putting something in a cart. Thanks. Judy & Libby

Second question, as an assistive tech trainer, I often advise my clients to have at least a demo of other screen-readers in their back pockets, as there are instances when one will not work while another will.
